No hassle returns policy
If for whatever reason you are not happy with your purchase please contact us by email (Tyneway@tyneway.co.uk) or telephone us on 00 44 (0) 191 2130955 to get an authorisation number to return your item.
You will have to pay the postage costs back to us but we will post any replacement garments back to you postage free.
We will only accept the goods back in their original condition, all tags must still be attached and in the original bag.
Please remember to fill in the returns form telling us whether you want an exchange or a refund.
