Returns and refunds policy


We operate a fair returns and refunds policy and we ask that you are fair with us too so we can continue to supply the very best in alternative clothing.

Our policy lasts 28 days from the date you receive your purchase. If 28 days have gone by since your purchase a return will only be possible at the discretion of

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned including food items and anything that has been worn in an unsanitary manner. If we receive back goods which have been used in this manner we will not refund the purchase and the goods will be disposed of.

To complete your return, we require proof of purchase which includes your order number.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable), most notably when there are signs of use. Also any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error and any item that is returned more than 28 days after delivery.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to tell you that we have received your returned item and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit/debit card or original method of payment, within 4-6 working days. If you paid using Paypal refunds do take the maximum of this quoted period as they can be issued as an e-cheque by Paypal.

Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your bank or credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary but we will process all exchanges within 24 hours.

If you are shipping an item over £50, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
